The Black Butte Ranch Police Department partners with the Black Butte Ranch Fire Department to host a Kids Program, June through August. Kids get to earn a badge, explore a police car and other fun activities. This is held at the Fire Dept., Wednesdays at 10:00 am.

Women's Self Defense

The Women's Self Defense program teaches skills to enhance personal safety in a controlled, hands-on environment. We welcome a variety of instructors, so even if you've participated once, we welcome past students to return and continue to hone their skills.

Citizen's Police Academy

This multi-week course gives participants a taste of various facets of police training from, emergency vehicle operations to firearms and defensive tactics.

Concealed Handgun License Class

BBRPD hosts a free class several times a year to help folks obtain their Oregon Concealed Handgun License.  Contact the police department for more details.
